Sail related repairs

For sailing-related repairs and projects, I work with hourly rates.
The time I charge is the time I am actually repairing.
Therefore, no additional costs are charged for the time I spend on around the repair (such as customer contact or ordering materials).

• You will always be informed of the price of materials and parts through a quote. So you know in advance what the costs will be, and you are not committed to anything until you give your approval.

• Did the repair take longer than I specified in the quote? Then that is my misfortune, and I will not charge extra labor costs afterward.

• I can request a deposit before ordering materials and parts.

• In some cases, I can offer discounts on the use of second-hand materials that I have in stock. Ask about the possibilities!

• Providing your own material is not a problem.

• When it becomes clear after receipt that the damage does not match the repair plan I have prepared for you, I will contact you before I proceed with the repairs. For example, it may be you have overlooked some damage, or the condition of the fabric or stitching may be worse than you thought.
